Granola
Meeting notepad that merges your own notes with an AI transcript, no bot
Visit Granola (opens in a new tab)Granola is a note-taking app for meetings. It captures audio on your computer or phone rather than sending a bot into the call, and afterwards it combines the rough notes you typed with the transcript to produce a cleaned-up write-up. You can then ask questions across past meetings or share notes with colleagues.
It fits people who spend much of the day on calls (founders, sales, recruiting, consulting) and want tidy notes without a visible recording bot. Because it records on your device, you remain responsible for telling participants and following local consent rules.
The free Basic plan keeps 30 days of meeting history. Business ($14 per user per month) removes that limit and adds API access and team features, and Enterprise adds administrative and security controls. Apps are available for desktop and mobile.
