Motion combines a calendar, task manager and project tool, and uses AI to decide when work should happen. You add tasks with deadlines, priorities and durations, and Motion fits them around your meetings, reshuffling the plan when things change. It also includes meeting tools, docs and notes, an AI chat and writer, and project views such as Gantt charts for teams.

It suits busy professionals, freelancers and small teams who struggle to turn a long to-do list into a realistic daily schedule and would rather let software plan their week.

There is no free plan, but new users can start with a free trial. Pro AI costs $29 per seat a month billed monthly, or $19 on annual billing, and Business AI costs $49 per seat a month, or $29 annually, adding capacity planning, dashboards, time tracking and more AI credits.
