Zapier

No-code automation that links thousands of web apps with triggers and actions

Visit Zapier (opens in a new tab)

Zapier connects web apps so that an event in one (a new form entry, email or payment) can trigger actions in others. Workflows, called Zaps, are built in a visual editor without code, and the platform now also includes AI steps, agents, chatbots, simple tables and forms alongside its core automation features.

It works well for non-technical teams and small businesses that want to cut repetitive copy-and-paste work between popular SaaS tools, since its library of app integrations is very large. Developers who want to self-host, keep data on their own servers or run very high volumes cheaply may prefer an alternative such as n8n.

The free plan has no time limit but is capped at 100 tasks a month and two-step Zaps. Paid plans are priced by monthly task volume, with a discount for annual billing, and new accounts get a 14-day trial of the Professional plan.
