Mistral Vibe

Le Chat is Mistral AI’s assistant, now renamed Mistral Vibe. Existing conversations, settings and plans carried over. It covers the familiar chat-assistant tasks (questions, writing, web search, document analysis) and adds a coding agent you can use from the web, a command-line tool or IDE plugins for VS Code and JetBrains.

It is worth a look if you want an alternative to the big US assistants from a European company, or if you already use Mistral’s models elsewhere. Apps are available on the web, iOS and Android.

The free plan limits messages, web searches and coding sessions. Pro costs $14.99 a month before tax, with a discounted rate for verified students, and a Team plan is available for groups. Paid usage is still subject to fair-use limits.
